Adult Day Care Programs

Adult Day programming provides many needed services to a diverse population. Families of participants get a well deserved “break” while knowing that their loved ones are well taken care of. Adult Day services also ensure that participants can safely remain living on their own instead of needing more restrictive care, like Nursing Homes.

Just Home Adult Medical Daycare Center began providing services when it opened in East Brunswick, New Jersey in 2001. Broadway Adult Medical Daycare opened the following year in Fair Lawn, New Jersey. Soon after, the “Independent Living Program” in Fair Lawn opened. This program is designed to teach participants skills so they may live on their own.

Transportation:

Complimentary transportation is provided to and from the facilities for all participants. Courteous, responsible van drivers will greet each individual and provide assistance if needed upon arrival and departure. Transportation to and from medical appointments is provided with no extra charge.

Nutrition:

Maintaining a well balanced diet is crucial to the health of our participants. Our food service provides nutritious, hot meals served restaurant-style each shift. Special dietary needs are addressed and meals are prepared accordingly by our dietary department. All meals are supervised by a registered dietician
